THIS WARRANTY DEED, Made and executed the 9th day of January
19 , by DONALD L. SHEPHARD, AS TRUSTEE, and JER~ME A. SIMONS. AS TRUSTEE.
hereinafter called the Grantors, to Oliver J. Raser Jr. and Helen Raser,
his wife
