. AGREF.~IENT made this day of January, A. D. 1967,
by and between RUBY CARL1iON TBAGUB, as Bxecutrix of the
Bstate of W. W. CARL7~N, Deceased, party of the first part and
MfAXBNE OOOK WILBANKS and WILLIAM H. WILBANKS, JR., parties
of the second part.
The party of the first part hereby agrees to extend
the time of.payment of the unpaid principal balance in the
amount of $15,110.80 from the parties of the seco~d part to
the party of the first part to the 9th day of May, 1970,
being the sum secured by five (5) promissory notes and a
mortgage in its original amount of $15,110.80, said mortgage ~
being recorded in O. R. Book 36 at p~ge 160 of the Public
-Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; that the rate of
interest on the principal shall be at the iate of six and
one-half percent (6i9b) per annuaa from the 9th day of May,
196?, and shall be paid annually; that the parties of the
~ second part will pay the first installment due under said

P notes secured by said mortgage beginning with the 9th day of
May, 1970; that this Agreement is an additional three year
~ moratorium on the first principal payment with the interest
being increased from five percent (5°J6) per annum to six and
one-half percent (6i~,) per annwn commencing on the 9th day
of May, 1967; that said five (5) notes and the mortgage,
and the terms and conditions and provisions thereof shall
- in all respects, except as herein modified, remain as se-
curity for the payment of said principal sum and interest

with like effect as to default in payment of interest and
other defaults as in said note and mortgage provided.
