upon ons 1963 Cadillac Convertible automcbile, Serial No. 63-8114942, ~

assign~aent of eix life irisurance policies upon fihe life of W~. GUY INGRAM,
being policies numbered 1032278, 750174, 839149. 986471, 694233, and
1534 654, all of Aid Association for Lutherans, Applet,on, Wisconaln,
insurance_company, ~11 of said aseignments being dated April 19, 1965;
and,
WHSRSAS, FLBUR-D$-LIS OF FORT PIffitCB, INC., a Florida
corporation awned by w. GtJY INGRAM and RAIMB INGRAM, has negotiated a
. loan in the sum of $32,000.00 from FIRST NATIONAL BA~tK OF FORT PISRCS,
Fort Pierce, Florida, through participation by the SlrlALL BUSINBSS
ADMINISTRATION,.which said loan is t~u be guaranteed by said W. GUY
- INGRAM and RA~MB INGRAM.
NOW THBRSFORE, i~ con4ideration of the granting of Baid
loan to FL~JR
DB-I+IS OF FORT PIBRCB, I~1C., by said FIRST NATIONAL BANK
OF FORT PISRC$, and other good and valuable considerations, the
unders3gned hereby aqrse as- follows, t~o wit:
1. That the lien of th~ Chattel lrbrtgage on the 1963
Cadillac Convertible, dated May 6, 1965, recorded in Official Record
: Hook 164 , Paqe 578 , public record~ of St. Lucie County, Florida,
shall extend to arid constitute a lien upoe aaid 1963 Cadillac Convertible
