eaid nat~or v~hicle title lien.shall remain in full force and effect
until said $32,000.00 Note dated Jancary 17 , 1967, has been fully .
paid and diacharged.
3. That the asaignments of life insurance policies upon
the life of W. GvY INGRAM, ae the same are enwaerated above, all of
said policies being with Aid Asaociation for Lutherans,- shall remain
in full force and effect until the aforesaid described Note of
$32, 000.00, dated January 17 , 1967, of FI.~IJR-DE-LI3 OF F+ORT PZSRCS,
. INC., to FIRST ~T~ITIONAL BANK OF FORT PIBEtCS has been fully paid and
diacharged. -
4. The un~ders3gned heraby acknowledge that this Agreement
is executed for the purpose of inducinq ths FIRST NATIONAI. BANK OF
I FORT PIBRCS, Fort Pierce, Florida, bo make a loan of $32, 000.00 t~o
FLBUR-Dl3-LIS OF FORT PIB~RC$, INC as evidenced by the Promissory
Note of said oorporation dated January 17 , 1967.
