19 67 , by DONALD L. SHEPHARD, AS TRUSTEE, and JEROME A. SIMONS, AS TRUSTEE,

AND the Grantors hereby covenant with sa~d Grantee that they are lawfully

ity to sell and convey said land; that:they hereby fully warrant the title to
said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
