The Mortqaqor hereby states that in theLeve~~L~~$
Mortqaqe shall be in default, then the Mortgaqae.may.apply to
any Court havinq jurisdiction over this matter for the appoint-
ment of a Receiver, with~ notice to the Mortqaqor, and without
the security interest herein beinq jeopardized, and said Receiver
--Shall be authorized to take charge of and continue the operation
of INDIAN RIVSR TSLEVISION, INC.. subject to the Order and Appro-
val of said Court, and to do all thinqs necessary to continue the
operation of the business, and the Mortqagee agrees to execute
all papers necessary to authorize the Receiver to operate under
the auspices of this Court, and the rules and regulations of the
Federal Communication Cousaission, and the Mortqaqee herein may
make any payments due on any equipment which may be necessary for
the continuation of the operation of the Television Station, and
to add-all such payments on to the original indebtedness herein
secured by this Mortgage. '
