~Together with all bui2dings, icaprovements, .fiatures or
appurtenances noW or hereafter erected thereon or placed the~re-
in, including all apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles,
whether in single units or-centrally controlled, uaed to suD-

eration, ventilation or other services, and any other thing
now or hereafter therein or there.on, the furniahing of which

ings, screen doors, in-a-dacr beds, awnings, stoves and water
heaters (a21 of which are intended to be and are hereby de-
clared to be a pert of said real estate whether physically
attached tnereto or not); and also together with all ease-
ments an3 the rents, issues and profits of said premises which
are hereby pledged, assignsd, transferred and set over unto the
Mortgagee, whether now due or hereafter to become due ae pro-
vided in the Supplemental Agreement secured hereby. The Mort-
gagee is hereby subroga~ed to the ri~hts of all mortgagee~,
lienhol3ers and o~rners paid off by the proceeds of the loan
hereby secured. - .
TO HAVE A~?D TO HOLD the said property, with said build-
ings, improvements, fixtures, appurtenances, apparatus and
equipment, and with all the ri~hts and privileges thereunto
belongingj unto said Mortgagee forever, for the uses herein
set forth, free f'rom a12 rights and b~nefits under the home-
stead, exemption and vsl.uation law~ of any state, which said
rights end benefits said Mortgagor does hereby release and
waive.
