verbatim herefn, and recorded pursuent to 695•02s Florida
Statutes, in Official Record Book 138, pages 115-118, of the
public records of St. Lucie (.ounty, Florida.
In this instrument the sin~ular shall include the plural,
and the masculine shell include the feminine and neuter.' All ~
rights and obligat ions under this mortgege shall extend to and.
be bindin~ upon tne respective heirs, executors, administrators,
successors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
