verbatim herein, and recorded pursuant to 695•02, Florida
Statutes, in Official Record Book 138, pages 115-118, of the
public records of St. Lucie Gounty, Florida.
In this instrument the singular shall include the plural,
and the masculine shall include the feminine and neuter. All
- rights and obligations under this mortgage shall extend to and
be binding upon the reapective heirs, eascutors, adYainistrators,
successors and e~ssigns of the MortgQgor and Mortgagee.
