public records of St. Lucie Gounty, Florida.
In this instrument the sin~ular shall include the plural,
and the masculine shEll include the feminine and neuter. All
rights end obligat ions under this mortgage ahall extend to and
be bindins upon the respective heirs, executors, administrators,
successors and assigna of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
