EXECVPOR' S DEED
THIS INDENTURE executed the - r~ _day of December,~1966,
between George H. Constance, as Executor of the Estate of
Ciarence Henry Hossier, Deceased, party of the fir st part and
A. Roger Stotz and June B.- Stotz, his wife, party of the second
part, whose address is 4009 Greenwood Drive, Port F~erce, Piorida. ~
W I T N E S S E T H: ~
The partq of the first part under document dated November 7,
1966, did petition the County Judge's Court in and for St. Lucie
County, Piorida, for authorization to seli the real and personal
property herein described, pursuant #o which notice to all
intere sted parties was duly published setting a hearing upon said
Petition, at which hearing an objection was duly heard foilowing
which the aforesaid Court did deny the objection by Order dated
December_30, 1966, and in said Order did authorize the conveyance
of the properties herein described unto the grantees herein •
described, said conveyance to be upon the terms and conditions
as set forth in the above referenced Petition.

in consideration-of the premises for the sum of $10.00 and other {

good and valuabie consideration in hand paid, does grant, bargain,
sell, release, convey and confirm unto the parties of the second
