PIOWATY, and also known as WILLIAM JOS8P8 PIOWATY, joined by
his wife, MARJORIB K. PIOWATY, hereinafter called the grantor,
to JAMLS W. PIOWATY and ST. LUCIS COTJNTY HANK, Fort Pierce,
Florida, as.TRuSTS$S of the WILLIAM J. PIOWATY RSVOCABLS TRUST,
dated the IOi~iay of January, 1967, whose post office address
is c/o St. Lucie County Bank Trust Department, Post Office Box
8, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the grantee:

sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto
