1'his Indenture, executed the 31st day of January,
1967, Between PAUL HIGGS, -as ~dministrator, de Bon is
Non, of the estate of J. D. MOYE, deceased, and as guardian
of the person and of the property of BILLIE JEAN MOYE,
a minor, party of the first part, and HOWARD F. HOWE
and LUCILLE M. HOWE, party of the second part,
Witnesseth: Said party of the first part, as Administrator,
de Bonis Non, of said estate, and as guardian of said
minor, on the 6th day of December, 1966, by petition
applied to the County Judge in and for St. Lucie County,
Florida, for authority to sell certain real estate
in said County hereinafter described, averring it is
necessary and expedient to sell the same and also each
and every jurisdictional fact; and the prayer in said
petition having appeared to and found by said Judge
to be reasonable and just and said petition true and `

' the sale to the best interest of said estate, said Court ~
rendered the order dated the 7th day o f December, 1966 ,
directing said party of the first part to sell -
the said real estate at private sale; and thereupon the
said party of the first part contracted to sell the said
real estate to the said party of the second part for
the sum of Sixty-Two Z'housand Five Hundred Dollars ($62,500.00),
to be paid as follows: Thirty Z'housand Dollars ($30,000.00)
~ cash at closing, first mortgage to said estate in the
amount of T~hirty-Two Z'housand Five Hundred Dollars ($32,500.00)
at Six Per Cent (696) interest per annum for Fifteen (15)
