presently indebted to TI~ AI~RICAN NATIONAL BANR IN WINTER HAVEN,
Winter Haven, Florida, in the appraximate sum of ZRiirty T'housarid

WHEREAS, said indebtedness is guaranteed by WALT~R T. '
WARREN, JR. and I~LEN H. WARREN, his wife, and said indebtedness
is partially secured by a real estate mortgaqe dated October 2,
1962, from WALTER T. WARREN, JR. and HELEN H. WARREN. hia wife+
to THE AMERICAN NATIONAL BANR IN WINTER IiAVEN~ Winter Haven,
Florida, encumbering certain real estate awned by sa3d WALTER T.
WARREN, JR. and I~LEN H. WARRSN, his wife, in St. Lucie and
=ndian River Counties, Flarida, which said mortgage is recorded
in Official Record Book 47, Paqe 20, pubZic records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and Official Record Hook 156, Page 303, public
records of Indian River County, FZorida; and
W~REAS, said real estate mortgage contains therein a pro-
vision for future advances or Zoans by the Mortgagee therein to
WARREN'S LAUNDRY-CLEANERS, INC. OF FORT P~~1 and
Wf~REAS, the indebtedness~hereinabove described is partial y
- secured by the assignment of five (S) life insurance policies
upon the life of WALTER T. WARREN, JR., being Policy Nos. 6130043 ,
62268797, and 62302179 of The Equitable Life Assurance Society of
The United States, Policy No. 3174731 of Z'he Travelers Insurance
Ca~apany, and Policy No. 2Z00228 of The Franklin Life Insurance
Canpany; said life insurance policies being asslgned to T'he
American National Bank in winter Haven as set forth in said
p8licies; and,
WHEREAS, WARREN'S LAUNDRY-CLEANERS, INC. OF FOAT PIERCE
