WARREN. hia wife+ to THE AMERICAN NATIONAL BANR IN WINTER IiAVEN~ Winter Haven, Florida, encumbering certain real estate awned by sa3d WALTER T. WARREN, JR. and I~LEN H. WARRSN, his wife, in St. Lucie and =ndian River Counties, Flarida, which said mortgage is recorded in Official Record Book 47, Paqe 20, pubZic records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and Official Record Hook 156, Page 303, public records of Indian River County, FZorida; and W~REAS, said real estate mortgage contains therein a pro- vision for future advances or Zoans by the Mortgagee therein to WARREN'S LAUNDRY-CLEANERS, INC. OF FORT P~~1 and Wf~REAS, the indebtedness~hereinabove described is partial y - secured by the assignment of five (S) life insurance policies upon the life of WALTER T.
