and other good and valuable considerations, the undereigned hereby
agree as follows~ to-wit: _
, l. That the lien of the real estate mortgage dated
October 2, 1962, recorded in Official Record Hook 47, Page 20,
public recarda of St. Lucie County, Florida, and in Official
Record Book 156, Page 303. public records of Indian River County,
Florida, shall extend to and constitute a lien upon the real estat
described in said mortgage for the payment of the One Hundred Sixt
Eight Thousand ($168,000.00) Dollar note of WARREN'S I,AUNDRY-
CLEANERS, INC. OF FORT PTERCE, dated January 30 , 1967, and the
real estate described in said real eatate mortgage shall be en-
cumbered and shall remain in full force and effect, and shall'be
subject to all the terms and condit~.ons therein set forth, until
said pra~nissory note of One Hundred Sixty E~ght Z'hous and
($168,000.00) Dollars, dated January 30 , 1967, has been fully
paid and dischargbd~, as though said real estate mortgage had been
re-execvted this date by the undersigned.
2. That the assignments of life insvarance policies here-
inabove described upon the life of said WALTER T. WARREN, JR. shal
remain in full force and effect until the aforesaid deacribed '
prc~nissory note of One Hundred Sixty Eight T'housand ($168,000.00j
