3. CECr.~I..IA TIICI~R and IVY C~CELIA TUCKEK referred to in certain of above in-
struments and also in that certain ~:ortgage from Laxrence Stanley Tucker, to Ivy
~ Cecelia Tucker, dated December 16, 1961, recorded January 20, 1962, in 4fficial Records
~ Book 28, pages 68-71, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, is one and
the sane gerson.
r4. Affiant and said Ivy Cecelia Tucker (a~k~a Cecelia Tucker) were divorced from
- each other by Decree of the Circuit Court of Dade Caunty, Florida, dated J~ 3s1962
5. Affiant has remarried since the above divorce and his eife~s name is Jeah
~'ucker; and to the beat of affiant's knowledge, information and belief said Ivy Cecelia
