SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE .
IQdOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That we, GENE ~t. DYER and

EVELYN M. DYER, his wife, the owners and holders of a certain mort-
gage deed executed by INDIAN RIVER TELEVISION, INC., a Florida cor-
poration, to GENE T. DYER and EVELYN M. DYER, his wife, bearing
' the date of January 3, 1966, recorded in O. R. Book 13~, Pages 288
through 291, in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
St. Lucie County, State of Florida, securing certain notes in the
principal sum of Forty Thousand and No/100 Dollars. and certain
promises and obligations set Forth in said mortgage deed upon the
property situate in said State and County described as fo2lows, to-wit:
BEGINNING on the North boundary line of the S~ of the NE~ of
the SE'~ of Section.6, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, at a
point 369.56 feet East from the NW corner of said S'~ of the
NE~ of the SE~, said point being 100 feet Westerly from (when
measured at right angles to) the survey line of State Road
No. 5;. thence run South 18 degrees 21 minutes 34 seconds East
500 feet along a line 100 feet Westerly of and parallel to
said survey line; thence turn and run Southwesterly 512.7 feet,
more or less, to a point 500 feet South of the NW corner of
S~ of NE~ of SE~, on the West line of the E~ of the SE~ of
said Section; thence North 500 feet to the NW corner of the S'~ ~
of the NE~ of the SE'~; thence run East alonq the North line of
the S'~ of the NE~ of the SE~ to the point of beginning, all
lying in and being a part of theSE'~ of Section 6, Township
34 South, Range 40 East.

point 369.56 feet East from the NW corner of said S'~ of the

measured at right angles to) the survey line of State Road No.
5; thence run South 18 degrees 21 minutes 34 seconds East
488.91 feet along a line 100 feet Westerly of and parallel to
said survey line; thence turn and run Westerly parallel to
the Narth boundary line of the S~ of the NE~ of the SE'~ of ~
said Section 6 to the West line of the E'~ of the SE~ of said ~
Section; thence North 462.3 feet more or less to the NW ~
corner of the S'~ of the NE'~ of the SE'~; thence run East along ;
the North line of the S~ of the NE~ of the SE'~ to the point
of beginning, all lying in and being a part of the SE~ of
Section 6, Township 34 South, Range 40 East.

hereby acknowledge full paymenc and satisfaction of said notes and
mortgage deed, and surrender the same as cancelled, and hereby direct
the Clerk of the said Circuit Court to cancel ~he same of record. ~
