under the laws of the United States of America, hereinafter re-
ferred to as the Mort~agee, the followin~ real est~te in the

subdivision according to a plat thereof recorded

Together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures or
appartenar~ces now or hereafter erected thereon or placed.there-
i.n, including_all apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles,
whether in single units or centrally controlled, used to su~-
ply heat, gas, air conditioning, water, light, power, refrig-
eration, ventilation or other services, and any other thing
noW or hereafter therein or thereon, the furnishing of which
by lessors to lessees is custoroary or appropriate, including
scresna, window shades, storm doors and windows, f1oo~_cover-
in~s, screen doors, in-a-da~r beds, awnings, stoves and water
heaters (all of which are intended to be and are hereby de-
~ clared to be a part of said real estate whether physically
attached tnereto or not); and also together with all ease-
ments an3 the rents, issue s and profits of said premises whiah
are hereby pledged, assigned, ~ransferred and set over unto the
'i Mortgages, whether now due or hereafter to beeome due ae pro-
j vided in the Supplemental A~reement secured hereby. The Mort-
gagee is hereby subrogated to the rights of all mortgageeas,
2ienholders and o~,?ners paid off by the proceeds of the loan
hereby secured.
TO HAVE Af:D TO HOLD the said propert9, with said build-
ings, improvements, fixtares, Qppurtenances, apparatus and
equipment, and with alI the right"s and privi~e~es thereunto
belon~ing, unto said Mortgagee forever, for the uses herein
set forth, free from elZ rights and benefits under the home-
stead, exemption an3 valuation laws of any state, which said
rights and benefits said Mortgagor does hereby release and
waive.
