AGREEMENT FOR DESD ~
THIS AGRSBMENT made and entered into this January 27,
1967, by and between WILLIAM ROCRSCH, a widower and sinqle adult,
hereafter referred to as Vendor, and LEWIS E. DUELL and SARAH H.

~ DUELL, his wife, hereafter referred to as Purchasers,

~ That in consideration of the mutual promises and covenant

contained in this Aqreement and other valuable considerations
~ passinq between the parties to it, the Vendor agrees to sell and
t`~ the Purchasers agree to buy the following described property

the Subdivision of RUSSELL ESTATE in Section 28,
