Secretary;
T'hat this conf'uaion of the vords "compaqy" and'borporation" ras
and is common with reference to said corporation, and that IINITED LAND
AHD HUILDING CORPORATION and UNITED I.AND AND BIIII.DING COMPANY is one and ~
the same corporate entity.
