described property in whole or in part and all o~her powers
expressed or implied under the above Statute, sub3ect only to
limitations contained in this trust agreement.
Said trustee does fl,irther declare that he will possess and
administer the trusteeship in keeping with the interest of the
parties; that he will truly account to said parties for any
income or receipts derived therefrom and truly and faithflally
administer the same as trustee.
It is understood and agreed that parties of the second part,
beneficiaries herein, will maintain and pay all taxes and
other charges against the said property in the proportion of
their interests above outlined.
In the event of the death of any beneficiary named herein, it
is understood that the interest of such beneficiary will vest in
such_party as may be designated under any will, or if there be
no will then in such administrator or heir as the law may provide.
The trustee agrees to promptly ~onvey the said property to any
transferee as the beneficiaries may hereinafter agree upan and
request. ~
IN WITNESS WHEREOF: The Trustee, party of the first part, has
hereunto sst his hand and seal as a binding Declaration of Trust,
