I,EASS AGREEMSNT =
THIS LEASE, made this~day of February, 1967 be-
tween DIEGO GARCIA and MARIA GARCIA, his wife, of Route 2,
Box 275, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called "LESSORS"
and WILLIAM PETERS, of the same address, hereinafter
called "LESSEE",

W I T N S S S E T H:
LESSORS hereby lease and let unto LESSE$ the follow-
ing described property:
Fram the intersection of the West right-of-way
line of U. S. Highway No. 1 and the South line
of Section 6, Township 34 South, Range 40 Sast,
run Northwesterly along said West right-of-way
line of U. S. Highway No. 1 a distance of 407.25
feet for a point of beginning; thence continue
along said right-of-way line in a Northwesterly
direction 400 feet; thence turn anc~ run West on
a line parallel to the South section line of ~
Section 6, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, to
the West line of SE'~ of the SE'~ of Section 6,
Township 34 South, Range 40 East; thence turn
and run South along said West line of the S8~ of
the SE'~ of Section 6, Township 34 South, Range
40 East, to a point 385.02 feet North of the
South section line of Section 6, Township 34
South, Range 40 East; thence turn and run East a
i distance of 775 feet, more or less, to the point
; of beginning. Al1 lying and being in the SE~ of
~ the SE~ of Section 6, Tawnship 34 South, Range
i 40 East.
TOGETHER with the building and improvements thereon
and also together with all ta~gible personal pro-
perty located in and about the said building. ;
TO ~IVE AND TO HOLD the premises unto the said LESSEE
fram the 24th day of February, 1967 until the 24th day of
February, 1968, with LESSEE paying for the same unto the
LESSORS, the sum of ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) per month
~ for the term. It being specifically agreed that the LESSEE

will pay the sum of THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($300.00)on ~

February 24, 1967, representing the first three months rent

in~advance and that the fourth months rent will be payable `
on the 24th day of May, 1967.
