LRSSEE agrees~that the demised pranises shall at all
times be used for lawful purposes in accordance with the ~
laws of the State of Florida and the County of St. Lucie.
LESSEB aqrees that should the rent at any time remain
unpaid for THIRTY (30) DAYS after the same shall become
due and payable or should any other sum of money called
for to be paid by the L$SSEE hereunder be unpaid for a
period of over THIRTY (30) DAYS, LESSORS may at their option,
consider the LESSES as a tenant at will and re-enter upon
and re-possess the said premises and in said event, the
LESSEE agrees that the entire rent for the tenn for whith ~
said premises is leased shall at once becoine due and payable ~

and may be recovered forthwith by destress or otherwise and

LESSEE hereby waives all exemption laws of the State of
Florida.
Time is of the essence in every particular and parti-
cularly where the obligation to pay money is concerned,
i
~ and it is covenanted and agreed that no waiver of a breach
of any of the covenants of this lease contained shall be
construed to be a waiver of any succeeding breach of the
same covenant. All covenants, promises, conditions and
obligations herein contained are covenants which attach to
and shall be binding upon the heirs, executors, administrators
- and assigns of the parties to this lease.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the LESSORS and the LESSEE have
