You are hereby notified that a suit was instituted by the
~ above named Plaintiffs...against the above named Defendants on the
day of , 1967, in the above entitled Court,
involving the following escribed property situate, lying, and
being in St. Lucie.County, Florida, to-wit:
The North 47.8 feet of the East 3/4 of Lot 17,
Ben Hogg•s Subdivision, as per plat thereof on
file in Plat Book 1, page 19, lying West of
U. S. #1, in Section 28, Township 34 South,
. Range 40 East, being more particularly described
as follows:
Begin on the North boundary of Lot 1? of Ben .
Hogg's Subdivision as in Plat Book 1, at page
19 of St. Lucie County, Florida publ.ic records
at the point of intersection with the West
boundary of the present U. S. #1 right-of-way
thence run southeasterly along said West boundary
50 feet; then~ce turn and run West parailel with _
the North boundary of Lot 17 aforesaid to the
~ West boundary of the East 15 acres of Lots 17
and 18 of said Ben Hogg's Subdivision; thence '
run North on said West boundary to the North
