QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS INDENTURE~ made, this 2nd day of February, A.D., 1967
BETINEEN JOSEPH PINA, and BAMBINA PINA, husb~nd and wife, both of the
Town of New Haven, County of New Haven and State of Connecticut, parties
of the first part, and ANGELO FUCCI and ROSE FUCCI, husband and wife~
both of the Town of Hamden, County of New Haven and State of Connecticut,
parties of the second part.
WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part~ for and in con-
sideration of the sum of One Dollar and Other Good and Valuable Con-
sideration in hand paid by the said parties of the second part, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have remised, released and quit-
claimed, and by these presents do remise, release and quit-claim unto
the said parties of the second part and unto their heirs, and assigns ~
forever~ all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the
parties of the first part have in and to the following described piece .
or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the County of, St. Lucie,
State of Florida, more particularly descrfbed as follows:

E SUNLAND GARDENS, said plat having be.en recorded
f in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court,
6 Ft. Pierce, Florida, on September 10, 1947, in

~ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular the appur-
tenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and~ll the
estate, right, title~ interest and claim whatso~ver of the said parties
of the first part either in law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit
and behoof of the said parties of the second part, and unto their heirs
and a ssigns forever. -
