WARRANTY D~ED BY TRU~STEES OF DISSOLVSD CORPORATION.
THIS INDSNTURS, made this
~~_y~ day of February, 1967,
between CAROL BROOKS, DAVID L. ![CCAIN and J. W. SCOTT, all of the
County of Saint Lucie, in the State of Florida, being a majority
of the Directors of FUTURS OF FORT PI$RCB, INC, a dissolved Flor-
ida Corporation, at the time of its dissolution and as such as a
majority of the trustees of the property of such dissolved corp-
oration for the benefit of its stockholders, parties of the first
part, and DANI$L CAMPB$LL and JOHN DRO1~ID06IC=, both of the County of
St. Lucie, in the State of Florida, and the latters mailing address
is, P. O. Box 3137, Fort Pierce, Florida, parties of the second
part,
WITNS.SSETH: That the said parties of the first part,
for and in consideration of the sum of Ten ~$10.00) Dollars and
other valuable consideration, to them in hand paid by the said
parties of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknow~-
edged, have granted, bargained and sold to the ~aid parties of the
second part, their heirs and assigns forever the following des-
cribed land, situate, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie,
Stat,e of Florida, to-wit:
Lots 7 and 8 of Block 8 of DREAMI~AND PARK, ac- `
cording to a plat thereof on file in Plat Book
7, at page 38, public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
This deed is given to correct that deed ~
dated August 26, 1965, and recorded in
O. R. Book 129 at page 28 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
