That the Thelma L. Davis who joined with John W. Davis
under date of September 24, 1964 in executing a Warranty Deed to
Reynold Scott, which deed is recorded in O~~icial Reeord Book 99,
page 286, of the public reeords of St. Lueie Coumty, Florida, was
formerly Thelma L. Jones, a single adult, who took title to the
property described in said deed on July 25, 1960.
That subsequent to said date, namely, Oetober 21, 1961, Thelma L.
Jones married John W: Davis. ;
