ADDENDUM TO MORTGAGS
'IHLS ADD~NDUPVI TO MORTGAGE, Made this 3~.st day of
. January, 1967, between ALFRED L. TSST, Jr. , and GWENDOLYN K.
TEST, hia wife, hereinafter ~esignated as "Mortgagoars", and FIRST
FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOA?~ ASSOCIATION OF INDIAN RIVER CUUNTY, `
a corporation under the laws of the United States of America, and having
its principal place of business in the City of Vero Beach, Florida, herein-
after designated as the "Mortga~ee", and
- WHEREAS, Mortgagora executed a mortgage to Mortgagee,
dated May 22, 1961, which $aid mortg~ge wag recorded under Register #
95049, St. Lucie County Record~, which mortgage secured payment of the
sum of ~8, 400. 00; and, -
- WHEREAS, the parties desire that the praperty hereinafter
~ described be added to the above mentioned mortgage as additional security
for ~e said mortgage,
Lots 34 and 35, Block I, WAGNER SUBDIVLSION,
according to Plat thereof recorded iri Plat Book 9,
Page 74, Public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
IT IS 'THEREFORE, for good aad valuable ~considerations
hereby mutually agreed and said mortgage described uncier Register #
95049, be, and the same is hereby reformed to the extent that the property
covered by said mor~gage is correctty deacribed as follows, to-wit:
Lots 34, 35, 36 and 37 of Block 1, WAGNER
SUBDIVLSION, according to Plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 9, Page 74, public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
Zhe parties herein further covenant and agree that all terma
: and conditi.ons of said mortgage and note dated May 22, 1961, shall remain
in full farce and effect and ttiat nothin~ herein contained shall in anywise
impair, alter or diminish the terms or condit~ons, lien or encumbzances
of the said mortgage and note other than as expresely stated in this
Addendum to Mortgage ,
