No lot or parcel ahall be used for other than residential purposes. No building ahall be erected, altered, placed or pernitted to remain on any lot other than one detached single- family dwelling,not to exceed two stories in beight aud a private garage for not more than txo cars. 2. No structure of a temporary character, trailer, tent, shack, garage, barn or other outbuilding shall be used thereon at aqy time as a residence, either temporarily or permanently. 3• No accessory building shall be erected on aqy lot prior to the construction of a dwelling. No lot ahall be used or maintained as a dumping ground for ~ rubbish or traeh. Garbage or other waste ahall be kept in ~ sanitary containers and out of the public sight.
