BEFORE ME, an officer duly authorized in the state and coun~y
a£oresaid to administer oaths, personally appeared LILLIAN E. MURRAY, who
being duly sworn, deposes and says:
That she is the owner of the following described property in
St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lot 18, Block 10, Replat of a por+~ion of South Port St. Lucie,
Unit 2~ as~shown in Plat Book 12, Page 3~ Official Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, also known as 3108 Overbrook Drive,

That ori or about October 5, 1966, pursuant to a Contract with
affiant~s husband, Edward G. Murray (since deceased), Robert M. Allison
as Contractor commenced construction of a swimming pool, patio and screened
enclosure upon the above desc!^ibed property, but to the best of your affi-
antts knowledge, information and belief, no Notice of Commencement of such
improvement was recorded or posted according to law;
That the construction of such improvement by the said Contrac-

tor, Robert M. Allison, has ceased and has been abandoned by ~he

tor and~that the said owner intends to recommence construction;
That all lienors giving Notice have beeri paid in full except ~
