AMENDMENT TO MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that we, Rayinond Bergeron
and Angelina Bergeron, his wife, do hereby acknowledge that a correct legal
description of the premises by us mortgaged to First Federal Savings and Loan
Association of Fort Pierce by mortgage dated January 12, 196?, recorded in
OR Book 164 at pa~e 1063 is as follows:
Lot 7, Block 3 of Sunrise Homesit~:s: Subdivision, according
to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 13 at page 14 of the
Public Records of Saint Lucie County, Florida.

. and that the hereinabove described mortgage is herein amended accordingly
as though the _error in the Plat Book and page refere:~ce had been originally
correctly set forth.
