SPBCIAL WARRANTY DEED THIS SP$CIAL WARItANTY DSLD, made the lst day of February, ~ 1967, by HON CBANC$ GROVSS, iNCORPORATiON, a Florida corporation-; havinq its principal place of business at Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the GRANTOR, to HARRY W. ~ISON, wrhose post office address is: P. O.
