In o:der to ~ore fully protQCt the seci~rity of this Moztgage, the
Mortgagoar~ together with~ and in additiv~n to the aonthly pe?yments

each and every aonth until said Idote is fully pa?id, aqree to pay
to and deposit with Mort~?gQe an amount equal to one-tarelfth (1/12th)
of the estias?ted anttual ~cea1 estate taxes, assessments, and fire,
extended coverage and othe~ hazard insurance premi~s, so tl~at th@
Mortga?gee will have on ha?nd an amount sufficier~t to pay each such
it~r ai the date on wt~ich p~?y~lent a~f the same becomes due and pay-
able. The Moztyaqee shall have the Yight to establish the anount
of such escrow and tbe amount of the monthly deposit Yeclu ired to
creste the escrow account !or psymer~t of said items, although the
Mortgagee shall not be liab~e in any manner Eoac cozr+ectness of the
a?oount established and collected. The MoYtgagors aqree to deposit
aith Mortqagee from time to time such additional sums in escra~r as
