AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR DEED
. WHEREAS, ARTHUR MARLAND and ELSIE MARLAND, his wife,parties
of the first part and MICHAEL P. WEINZIRL and DOROTHY M. WEINZI ,
his wife, parties of the second part, hereto have on the 26th da
of February, 1965, did enter into an Agreement for Deed, which
, Agreement is recorded in Official Records Book 118, at page 309,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and,
.
WHEREAS, said Agreement for Deed contained a description f or
three (3) parcels of land, and
WHEREAS the third numbered p~rcel attempts to describe prop-
erty which includes property described in the first parcel, and
WHEREAS, the parties are desirous of clarifying the descrip»
tion in said Agreement for Deed.
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto f or and in consideration
of the sum vf $1.00 and other valuable considerations, do hereby
- covenant and agree, each with the other, that the f ollowing des»
cription shall be the description binding between the parties
hereto, in place of the description contained in the aforesaid
Agreement for Deed, said description being as follows, to-wit:
Commencing at the NW corner of ~the SE4 of the NEQ of the SE4
of Section 12, Township 35 South, Range 39 East, run thence
South along the West line thereof 125 feet to a point; thenc
turn and run East 101.8 feet parallel to the North line ther

And further, the parties hereto do cuvenant and agree that all the
terms, conditions and covenants of said Agreement for Deed, dated
the 26th day of February, 1965, shall remain unchanged; that this
Agreement is entered into for the sole purpase of describing the
CHARLES E. BECHT property to be covered by said Agreement for Deed.
