deed to C. J. Crist and Irene Crist, his wife, as grantees bearing date
of January 9, 196?, recorded in Official Record Book 164, page 1506, -
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; affiant further says that the
true and correct subdivision plat recording reference for Carver Heights
Subdivision as intended by the aforementioned deed is as above set forth
in lieu of the erroneous reference of Plat Book 10A, page 19, as is in
that deed set forth.
