Property Owners Association when formed or a corporate or non-corporate organ- ~
~ ization. Grantee will pay $11 for each lot to Grantor, his nominees or assigns, ~

~ 14. The Grantor resezves to itself the roads and ways shown on the ;
Plat referred to herein and reserves the right at any time to dedicate all roads f

15. For the breach of any of the above restrictions, the Grantor shall~
be entitled to apply for relief by iniunction in addition to a~y other remedy and
failure of the Grantor to enforce a restriction herein shall not be deemed a '

i breach, and Grantor shall not be held liable for said failure to enforce any ;
restriction herein. ~

16. All of the covenants and restrictions shall remain in force until ~
January 1, 1968, and shall be automatically renewed for each 5 year period `
