NOBLES in St. Lucie a Counties, Floridai and
wI~RSAS, NOBLSS and MISSIODI are deairous of making
arrangements for the annual mortqage paymente hereinabove de-
ecribed due by NOBLBS to MI3SION and HARRZSON, re8pectively.
WITNBSS$TH:
In coneideration of the sum of Ten Dollara ($10.00)
and ather valuable considerations, and for and in consideration
of the mutual covenants and agreements hereinafter made between
the parties hereto, the part~es~hereto agree as_follawss
1. NOBLES dces hereby authorize and direct SCHWSY to pay
fraa the proceeds of the harvesting and marketing of the 1966 -
1967 crop of citrus fruit of NOBLES groves to 1KISSI0~1 all sums ~
due until said past due pay4ent of September 7, 1966, and all ~
intereBt due thereon to September 7, 1966, plus intereat on Baid

paymente fram September 7, 1966, to datea of payment, at the
rate of 796 per annum, is paid in full.
2. Z'hat upon payment of all suwa due MISSION as provided
in Paraqrapb 1 hereof, NOBLBS does hereby authorize and dir~rt
~ SCIiWSY to pay frari the proceeds of the harvesting and marketinq
of the 1966 - 1967 crop of citrue fruit of NOSLES groves to
HARRISON all 8ums due until safd annual paytirent of December 5, 19 6,
and all interest due thereon to December 5, 1966. plus interest
on said payments fran December 5, 1966, to dates of payment at
the rate of 796 per annwa, is paid in full.
3. SCHWEY dcea hereby agree to pay from the proceeds of the
harveeting and marketinq of NOBLRS 1966 - 1967 citrus cropa the f

respective sum8 due MISSION and HARRISON as hereinabove eet forth ~

~ in Paragraphs 1 and 2 of thie Aqreement, beinq the intention of
the parties hereto that the sums so paid by SCHWEY shall be paid
first to MISSION until all auma due MISSION as set forth in Para-

graph 1 hereof are paid 1n full, and then to apply the proceeds of `
- said harvesting and marketinq ot NOBLES 1966 - 1967 citrus crops
