by SCHWEY. under the terme of thie Aqreement, ot` the quantity and
variety of citrus fruit harvested and marketed by SCHWBY under
the Marketing Aqreement betw~een SCHWSY and NOBLES, and SCHWSY shal
furniah a written statement to MISS ION and HARItZSUN when all of th
1966 - 1967 NOBLSS citrua crop has been harveated azx~ marketed.
SCI~WEY hereby aqreea that the paymentB to be made to MISSION and
HARRIS~ unde~c the terms of thi8 Aqreement shall be made to said
parties reapectively, as soon as said funds frpn the sale o! said
citrus crops have been received by SC~~WSY frpa the various market-
inq agencies. ~
5. IT IS HEREBY AGREED by and between NOBLES, MISSIODT and
H1iRRISO~N that 1~ISSION and HARxISON, reapectively, by the execution
of this Aqreement, do nat waive any of their respective riqhts or
, caua of actions they may have against NOBLES and HARRISON under

under the terms of the mortgaqe o~wned by HARRISON~ both hereinabov
described, except that MISSION aad HARitISOW hereby agree to hold i

1967 citrus crop has been harvested and ahipped for sale, if the
