In this instrument the sin~ular sha~l include the plural,
and the masculine shell include the feminine and neuter. All
rights and obligat ions under this mortgege shall eatend to and
be binding upon the respective heirs, executors, administrators,
successors and assigns of the Mortgegor and Mortgagee.
