RIGHT-OF-WAY DEED ~

WITNESSETH: That the said pe~t~of the first part, for and i~ consideraticr~ of the sum of One Dollar (s1.00) and
other valuable oonsiderations paid by the party of the second part; the ~eoeipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do.~.~
grant, bargai~ and sell to the said party of the second part, its sucoeuors. and auigns, a right-of-way in St. lucie County,
Florida, described as follows, to-wit:
Parcel No. 1- The W 80 ft. of the SW~ of the SW~ of Section 12, Towr~ship
34 S, Range 39
Parcel No. 2- The N 35 ft. of the SW~ of the SW~ of Section 12, Township
34 S, Range 39 S, less the W 80 ft. thereof.
Parcel No. 3- The 8 25 ft. of the N 965.38 ft. of the SW~ of the SW~ of
Section 12, Township 34 S, Range 39 S, less the N 35 ft. thereof.
Parcel No. 4- For a point of reference comzaence at the SW corner of Section
12, Township 34 S, Range 39 E, thence Sasterly.along the Southerly line of
said Section 12 a distance of 80 ft. to the P.O.B.; thence continue $asterly
along said Southerly line of said Section 12 a distance of 951.50 ft., to a
point; thence at a deflection angle of 44° 47• 45° to the left a distance of
415.17 ft. to a point; thence at a deflection angle of 45° 07' 55" to the
left along the E line of the SW~ of the SW'~ of said Section 12 a distance
of 73.88 ft. to a point; thence at a deflection angle of 90° to the left a
distance of 25 ft. to a point; thence at a deflection angle of 44° 52' 05°
to the left a distance of 384.61 ft. to the point of curvature of a circu-
lar curve to the right, said curve having a radius of 242.72 ft; thence -
along the arc of said curve a distance of 189.71 ft.. to the point of tan-
gency; said tangent being 25 ft. N of and parallel to the Southerly line
of said Section 12; thence Westerly along said tangepk a distance of 777.34
ft. to a point; thence at a deflection angle of 90~~ to the left a distance
of 25 ft. to the Point of Beginning.

sentatives and assigns, a rightof-way for public highway and drainage purposes; and the said partY_of the first part

whomsoever.
