D. , 1967, between GEORGB THOMAS CRI3SSSY as Executor of the ~state of DOROT~iY PITTMAN CRF3S$Y, Deceased, party of the first part, and CITY OF FORT PIBRCE, a municipal corporation, party of the second part, WITNSSS$TH: ~"hat the said GEORGS THOMAS CRESSSY having on the ~ day of February, A. D., 1967, by Petition applied to the Judge of the County Judge's Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, for authority to sell certain interest in real estate, the property of the said DOROTHY PITTMAN CRESSEY, Deceased, situated, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, and more particularly hereinafter described; and the prayer of the said petition having appeared to the said J'udge to be reasonable and just and to the best interest of the said estate, and the Court being satisfied as to such sale, and having made an order dated the day of February, A. D. 1967, directing the said GBORGE THOMAS CRESSEY as Executor of the estate of DOROTHY PITR'MAN CRESSEY, Deceased, to sell_its interest in and to the said property to the CITY OF FORT PIERCE, a municipal corporation NOW, TI~REFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of R~en Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($10,000), lawful money of the United States of America, in hand paid at and before the ensealing and ~ E delivering of these presents by the party of ~he-$econd part, receipt ~ _ i whereof is hereby acknowledged, the party of the first part does ~ hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remi.se, release, convey and ~ confirm unto the said party of the second part and to its assigns , forever, all those certain tracts, and parcels of land situate, ' lying and being in the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, i known and described as follows, to-wit: Southeast ~ of the Northwest except the North 100 feet , x thereof, and the North ~ of the West ~ of the West'~, except ~ the 10 acres heretofore conveyed to St. Lucie County, Florida, ~ all of the foregoing being a portion of Section 30, Township 34 South, Range 40 East; less rights-of-way for public.roads ~ and drainage canals, comprising 100 acres, more or less, and situate in St. Lucie County, Florida. ~ TO BAVS AND TO HOLD the same, the above-described and hereby granted premises, with the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part and to its assigna forever. ~ 600K~~ P~6f~S7~ - - -1~- . - - - - - - - - - - . ~.rm: ~ F.~_ - ._,,1 .
