BEFORE me the undersigned authority personally appeared CHARLES
T. CARLTQ~I, who upon first being duly sworn depnses and says:
That I, CHARI.~S T. CARLT~i, hereby declare having a one-half C 1~2)
interest in the land conveyed to N~1 SOiTrH, INC., by DAVID L. McCAIN,
Trustee, by deed dated the 9th day of January, 1967, and duly recorded
in O. R. Book 164, page 301, of the public records,of St. Lucie County,
' Florida.
Said property being more fully described as follows:
All that tract in the Northermost 6 1/4 acres of Government
- Lot 1, Section 33, Township 34 South, Range :40 East, St. Lucie
County, Florida, described as Tract T as shown on that perimeter
survey and re-allotment, entitled YACHT VIEW, reoorded in Deed
Book 247, page 234, of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, together with lands lying East of North Indian River
Drive and opp~site said Tract T. and riparian rights thereto,
all being more particularly described as follows:
For a point of reference commence at a concrete monument post
in the North line of Section 33, Township 34 South, Range .40
East St. Lucie County, Florida, said post being 911.71 feet
more or less East uf the Northwest corner of said Government
Lot 1 and on the Westerly right of way line of North Indian
River Drive (C ounty Road); thence run West along said Section
line 173.51 feet; thence run South at a right angle to said
Section line 163.13 feet to a point for the Point of Beginning;
t said point also being on the Southerly right of way line of
~ Yacht Lane; from said point of beginning, run South along the
~ same course 114.62 feet to a+point; thence run Easterly making
~ an angle of 89° 25' 14", measured from North to East with the
~ preceding course, a distance of 247.04 feet, more or less, to
the Westerly right of way line of North Indian River Drive
CCounty Road); thence run in a Northerly direction along the #
West right of way line of said North Indian River Drive 166
feet, more ur less, to its intersection with the South right
of way line of Yacht Lane; thence run Westerly along the South x
Right of way line of the said Yacht Lane to the Point of Begin- ;
ning.
Together with all lands lying East of the East right of way
line of the said North Indian River Drive and ~Vest of the- West
shore of the Indian River and South of the projected South ~
right of way line of the said Yacht Lane and North of the pro-
jected South boundary line of the tract here~nabove described,
together with all riparian rights appertaining thereto.
Together- with an undivided one-third (1~3) interest in and
~ to that certain pier and the approaches thereto presently
located on the Eastern extension of the said Yacht Lane.
f Subject to those easements as set forth and described on ~
the perimeter survey and re-allotment as recorded in Deed ~
Book 247, page 234, of the public records of St. Lucie
C ounty, Florida.
