a national banking asaociation existiag under the laws of the United Stat~allof America,
party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of Te.: Dollars and other valuable
considerations, received from or on behalf of LIFE INSURANCB C~lPANY OF GSORGIA, party
of the secoad part, at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign,
transfer and set over unto the said party of the second part, without recourse, a
certain mortgage bearing the date the 25th day of July, A. D. 1966, made by ASSOCIATED
INNS, INC. in favor of ZKB FIRST NATIONAI. BANK AT ORLA.*IDO and recorded in Official
Records Book 151, Page 240, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, upon the
following described piece or parcel of land, situate and being in said County aad State,
as stated in said Mortgage. _
Together with the note or obligation described in said mortgage, and the moneys due and
to become due thereon, with interest fram the 15th day of February, 1967.
Tp HAVE AND TO HiOLD the same unto the said party of the second part, its
legal representatives, successor and assigns forever. ~
