appurtenances now or hereaft'er erected thereon or placed there-
in, including all apparatus, equipment, fiatures or articles,

are hereby pledged, assigned, transferred a.nd set over unto the
Mortge~ee, whether now due or hereafter to become due as pro-
vided in the Supplementel Agreement secured hereby. The Mort-
gagee is hereby subro~ated to the rights of ell mortgegeees,
lienholders and owners paid off by the proceeds of the loan
hereby secured.
