ment dated, executed end delivered concurrently herewith and ~

ment for the full terms and conditiona thereof, and the same
- are hereby incorporeted herein as f'ull~ es if written out
verbatim herein, and recorded pursuent to 695.02, Florida
Statutes, in Officisl Record Book 138, pages 115-118, of the
public records of St. Lucie Gounty, Florida.
In this instrument the singular shall include the plural,
and tY:e masculine sh~ll include the feminine and neuter. All
rights and obligat ions under this mortgage shall extend to and
be bindin~ upon the respective heirs, executors, administrators,
successors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
