together with interest thereon at the rate of si~/ner cent per
annum until maturity; both principa~ and interest bein~g payable in
lawful money of the United ctates, or its equivalent, at 120 N. L.
9th Street_, Miami~ Florida, or at such other address as the holder
hereof shall designate, said nrincipal sum and interest to be payable
on the dates and in the amounts speCified below, to-wit:

This Note ma?y be prepaid in whole or in nart at any time

~ Each maket and endorser severally waives ~emand, protest and notice
~ of maturity~ non-payident or vrotest at~d alY r~quirements necessary
to hold each of them liable as make~s and eridorsers.
Each maker and endorser further agrees, jointly and severally, to
c~ay all costs of collection, including a reasonable attorney's fee
in case the pr incipal of this Note or any payment on t he principal
or any interest thereon is not paid at the respective maturity
thereof, or in case it becom~s necessary to protect the security
hereof, whether suit be brought or not. •
This Note and deferred interest payments shall bear interest at the
rate of ten ner cent (lO9b) per aiufum fro~n maturity until paid.
This Note is secured by a first mortgage of even date herewith and ~
is to be construed and enforced according to the laws of the ~tate
of Florida; upon default in the payment of urincipal and/or interest ~
due on any Note secured by said Mortgage, all notes so secured and {
remaining unpaid shall forthwith becam~e due and payable notwith-
standing their tenor.
