in Deed Book 151, page 195, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.

- To~ethar with all buildings, improvements, fixtures or
appurtenQnces now or hereafter erected thereon or placed there-
in, including ell apperatus, equipment, fiatures or articles,
' whether in single units or centrally controlled, used to sup-
ply heat, gas, afr conditioning, water, light, power, refrig-
eration, ventilat ion or other services, end any other thing
now or hereafter therein or thereon, the furnishing of whi~h
by lessors to lesaees is customary or appropriate, including
scre~ns, window shades, storm doors and windows, floor cover-
in~s, screen doors, in-a-do~ beds, awnings, stoves and water
heaters (all of which are intended to be and are hereby de-
clared to be a part ot said real estate whether physically
attached thereto or not); and elso together with all ease-
menta ~nd the rents, issue s and profits of said premises which
are hereby pledged, assign ed, transferred and set over unto the
Mort~agee, timether now due or hereaf'ter to become due as pro- +
vided in the Supplemental A~reement secured hereby. The Mort-
gagee is hereby subrogated to the rights of all mortgegee~s,
lienholders and owners paid off by the proceeds of the loan
hereby secured.
TO IikVE K~:D TO HOLD the said property, with said build-
ings, improvements, fixtures, appurtenances, apparatus and
equipment, and with all the ri~hts and privile~es thereunto
belonging, unto said Mort~te~ee forever, for the u$es herein
set forth, f~ee from ell rights and benefita under the home-
stead, exemption and veluation laws of any state, which said
rights end benefits said Mort~sgor does hereby release and
waive.
