ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT

E. E. UNDERHILL and ROSE ANN UNDERHILL, his wife, "PARTIES
OF THE FIRST PART" and W. E. RICHARDSON, JR., and RUTH
RICHARDSON, his wife, 618 South 13th Street, Fort Pierce,

W I T N E S S E T H:
That if the said PARTIES OF THE SECOND PART shall
first make the payments and perfoYm the covenants herein-
after mentioned on their part to be made and performed,

assigns, in fee simple, clear of all encumbrances, by a
