BESSIE MAS PETERSON, first beinq duly sworn, deposes and
says, that she has resided in St. Lucie County, Florida, since
the year 1940 and presently lives at 1308 Avenue "R", Fort Pierce,
Florida, and that she is one of the daughters of ALBSRT SIKES and
ELi,$N SIRES, husband and wife, both of whom are now deceased, and
both of whom died here in Fort Pierce, Florida, with her father
dying in Auqust of 1944, and her mother dying on September 6,1949,
and that her parents left, beside your affiant, the followinq hei ,
all of whom are your affiant's brothers and sisters, and all of '
your affiant's brothers and sisters, joined by their respective
spouses, have deeded by Deeds recorded in O.R. Book 161, at Page
127, Page 131, Page 128, Page 130, Page 134, Page 132, Page 129,.
Paqe 133, their interest in and to the following described real
property:
Lot 11, Block C, MOSTAINE'S SUBDIVISION, as per
Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book at Page 45
of the St. Lucie County Public Records.
THAT your affiant is married to Anthony Peterson, and

E prior to her marriage was Bessie Mae Sikes, and is now BESSIE MAE ;
~ ~
PETERSON, and that all of her brothers and sisters consist of the ~
following persons: ~
Jimmie Lee Sikes, Willie Lee Sikes, Robert Lee Sikes, ~
Essie Mae Sikes, a single adult, who was a single
adult on February 10, 1966, when she executed the Quit-
Claim Deed to your affiant which is recorded in O.R.
Book 161, at Page 134, Richard Sikes, and Viola Sikes
McCloud (who is married to Elijah McCloud), and Almon
Sikes, and all of the foregoing constitute the sole
heirs, along with your affiant, of her deceased parents,
and each and every brother and siste of your affiant, executed a
Quit-Claim Deed to her, for the purpose of conveying their interes
~ in the above-described real property to your affiant, and your
affiant further states that at the time her parents died, there
was no probate of their estate, nor was there any claim of any
creditors, and there are no valid clai.ms of creditors, and that
each and every Quit-Claim Deed mentioned herein was to your affia
to clear title to the property described therein to her.
Further, your affiant says that she has resided in the
