entit2ed `~First Mortgage Bonda, 3eries B" (hereinafter eometimea
referred to as "Series S bonds" or "bonds of ~eries K"). 8eriea K
bonds shall be conpon bonds of the denomination of $1,000 each, regis-
trable as to principal, and fnlly registered bonds withont conpons of
the denomin~ttion of $1,000 and mnltiples thereof. The conpon bonds
of Beriea K and the registered bonds of aeriea K issned pnrsnant to
Section 7 of this Article I aha11 be aated Marah 1, 1967. Other regis-
tered bonds of Series g withont canpans shall be dated ea provided
ut Section 12 of the Original Indentnr~e. All 8eries g bonds ahall
matnre March 1, 1992 and ~ shatl bear interest at the rate of ~eiz
and three-eighths per cent. (6~~0) per annnm from their respective
datea, snch interest to be papable semi-annnally on the Srst day of
Mareh and the firat day of September in eaoh year. Both the principal
of and the interest on bonds of Series K shall be payable at the office
or agency of the Company in the City of Chicago, Dlinois, in lawfiil
money of the IInited $tatea of America. The tezta of the canpon and
fnlly regiatered bonds of Seriea S, tbe Traatee's certificate with
~ respect to Seriea B bonde and the conpona appertaining to $eries B
~ conpon bonde ahall be reapectively subatantially of the tenor and
pnrport hereinbefore set forth.
